Sarah is a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker<\/strong>\u00a0who provides counselling to people across the lifespan using a client centred, strengths based approach enabling clients in crisis or at times of change.<\/p>

She has over 20 years specialist experience working in the Lower North Shore Early Intervention Service with young adults who have psychosis and other mental health disorders, and has years of experience working in sexual assault and with victims of crime. She can assist people with personality disorders, struggling with substances, relationship problems, adjustment issues, trauma, and other life stressors and crises.<\/p>

Sarah\u00a0uses an integrative treatment approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).<\/div>
