Dr Janaki Gupta

Dr Janaki Gupta completed her undergraduate medical training in Liverpool, UK, including a Bachelor’s degree in human anatomy and biology. From 2013, she worked as a GP in a variety of settings across London. During this time, she completed a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and she maintains a keen interest in sexual health, paediatrics, and women’s health. She also has experience and interest in neonatal medicine and fertility medicine.
Janaki moved to Australia in 2020 and started working as a GP in the rural health setting of Wisemans Ferry, in addition to practices in Western Sydney. She has undertaken specialised training in skin cancer medicine & surgery and is an experienced and accomplished clinician with many years of practice in tow.

Dr Priyanka Ray
MBBS; FRACGP; Cert Reproductive and Sexual Health; Sydney Child Health Programme
Dr Priyanka Ray graduated from The University of Western Sydney in 2018 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, and holds Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Priyanka enjoys supporting each patient in achieving their individual health goals, and is passionate about “staying healthy” through holistic and preventive care at all life stages. Priyanka holds certification in the Sydney Child Health Programme, and the Family Planning National Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health.
Dr Ray also has a special interest in the end-to-end perinatal wellbeing of parents and babies. This includes pregnancy planning, fertility issues, GP Shared Antenatal Care during pregnancy (Royal North Shore Hospital), and whole family after birth support in the “fourth trimester”. She is completing accreditation in NDC Possums program to support parents through breastfeeding and infant cry-fuss issues.
Dr Priyanka Anand

Dr Priyanka Anand completed her medical Science degree at UNSW and then went on to study Medicine at the University of Wollongong. She joins the practice having experience working in Wollongong, Launceston, Hornsby, Ku-ring-gai, Westmead and Royal North Shore Hospital.
Priyanka is passionate about teaching and is a GP supervisor at the University of Notre Dame. In addition, she holds a Diploma in child Health from the University of Sydney and a Professional Certificate in Dermoscopy. Priyanka believes that general practice is the cornerstone of successful primary health care and her main areas of interest include:

Dr Nicholas Pelzer

Dr Nick Pelzer is a General Practitioner with 7 years of experience working within Sydney communities. Holding qualifications including MBBS and FRACGP, in addition to training with the Cosmetic Professional Development Institute of Australia, he is dedicated to providing comprehensive evidence-based care to his patients. He excels in providing treatment for patients across the entire lifespan, and as a first time father enjoys engaging in the treatment of newborns and children, as well as supporting new parents.

Dr Pelzer’s expertise extends to drug and alcohol medicine, utilising evidence-based practices to assist patients on their journey to recovery.
In addition, Dr Pelzer offers aesthetic procedures with cosmetic injectables, delivering natural-looking results that enhance his patients’ confidence. He is also skilled in treating TMJ dysfunction, providing personalised strategies to alleviate pain and improve jaw function.

Dr Sarah Horniblow

Dr Sarah Horniblow graduated with honours from the University of NSW in 1986. She has 25 years experience as a General Practitioner and Women’s Health Clinician working both nationally and internationally. Dr Horniblow is trained in IUD insertion (including both copper and mirena) and implanon insertion, is involved in Shared Antenatal Care, and is a member of the Australian Menopause Society.
Sarah holds a Diploma in Obstetrics, the Certificate of Family Planning, the Certificate in IUD insertion and has experience as Paediatric SRMO responsible for both Childrens Ward and a Level 3 Neonatal Nursery. She continues to provide relief services in rural and remote Australia and has many years experience teaching medical students and registrars.
Dr Graham Chaffey
MBBS (UNSW);FRACGP; MPM; Dip Dermoscopy; Dip Skin Cancer Surgery (SCCANZ)
A GP for 25 years, Dr Chaffey graduated from the University of NSW in 1986. He is an accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with the Skin Cancer College of Australia and New Zealand and now exclusively practices skin cancer diagnosis and treatment. He performs skin checks, skin cancer surveillance, skin cancer surgery and field treatment. He is actively involved in the training of GP registrars, hospital doctors, medical students and nursing students.
